Products
The wide range of applications of the product allows to use our corrosion inhibitor both in waterborne, solventborne and powder paint systems. Based on POLYCOR™ corrosion inhibitor we have developed three products dedicated to basic anticorrosive paint groups. These are: POLYCOR™ KCS-WB, POLYCOR™ PCS-SB and POLYCOR™ CS.
POLYCOR™ KCS-WB
Primary product dedicated to waterborne paints.
Available in 25 kg, 50 kg and 200 kg.
POLYCOR™ KCS-WB concentrate is a dispersion of POLYCOR™ CS anticorrosion pigment in water with the addition of specific stabilizing agents. POLYCOR™ CS is a modern corrosion inhibitor based on a composite of an appropriately modified conductive polymer (polyaniline) doped with manganese (II) compounds.
POLYCOR™ KCS-WB is used for various types of coatings on metal, especially for WB primers in epoxy, acrylic and alkyd systems.
POLYCOR™ KCS-WB is added during mixing at the final product completion stage, without the need for a premix. Moreover, it can be used alone or synergistically with other corrosion inhibitors. POLYCOR™ PCS-SB paste is a suspension of the anticorrosion pigment POLYCOR™ CS in a dissolved resin with the addition of specific stabilizing agents. POLYCOR™ CS is a modern corrosion inhibitor based on a composite of an appropriately modified conductive polymer (polyaniline) doped with manganese (II) compounds.
POLYCOR™ PCS-SB is used for different types of coatings on metal, especially for SB primers in epoxy, acrylic and alkyd systems.

Available in 10 kg bags.
POLYCOR™ CS is a modern corrosion inhibitor based on a composite of an appropriately modified conductive polymer (polyaniline) doped with manganese (II) compounds.
POLYCOR™ CS is used for different types of powder coatings on metal, especially for powder grounds in epoxy and polyester systems.
Regarding the mixing process in the powder formulation, POLYCOR™ CS is added together with other bulk materials to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
